This grant will provide ongoing support for the Homeward Bound Program for young people. The program assists young people, 70% of whom are homeless, in being reconnected with family or a support base, preventing breakdown of the family unit, reducing 'risk' behaviour, providing advice and support, assistance to escape domestic violence, financial assistance for travel to job interviews and work and mail message services for transient people.
