Over the next three years, The Ian Potter Foundation has forward commitments of over $30 million in grants supporting more than 200 projects, including multi-million dollar grants to Questacon, The Queensland Ballet, The State Library of Victoria, the Monash Sustainability Institute (ClimateWorks) and a number of recent large grants approved subject to conditions.

Due to these commitments - and to allow the Foundation to focus on project implementation, evaluation, support and its own forward planning - it has been decided that we will not open for applications in three of our program areas in the next round.

Applications in Science, Environment & Conservation and The Arts will not open in Round 2, 2016, and applications to the Education program area will be by invitation only.

Round 2 EoIs and applications to the Community Wellbeing, International Learning & Development, Travel and Conference program areas will open as planned on Tuesday 29 March, 2016.

Our third funding round for 2016 will open in July and is by invitation only in all program areas.
