An Expression of Interest (EOI) process applies for all applications to the Community Wellbeing program, and to the Education and Environment & Conservation programs for grants of $100,000 or more.
Please ensure that your program or project fits with the Foundation’s funding principles and the funding objectives of the relevant area program.
Before submitting your EOI you must telephone the relevant program manager on 03 9650 3188 to discuss your proposal and its fit with the Foundation’s priorities.
Exclusions:
The Process
Following the telephone discussion with the relevant program manager you may progress to submitting the EoI. Closing dates do not apply for EOIs. It may take the program manager up to six weeks to assess your EOI and advise you if it will progress to the next stage.
If you are invited to submit a full application the Program Manager will provide you with the specific online application link.
Meetings and site visits may then be required to assist the Foundation to better understand your organisation and the proposed program or project.
Outcomes
Your application for a grant will be considered by the Foundation’s Board of Governors. The Board meets three times a year and you will be notified of the decision within two weeks of the meeting.
Please note that an invitation to submit an application does not mean that your application will be funded.
